Hopefully you'll find all the answers you need on the separate webpages, but here are some key things you may want to know from the start

1. How do I get support from The Cart Shed? It's simple - just fill in a referral form, or someone else (like a family member or GP) can do it for you

2. How much will I have to pay? As a charity, we work hard to get funding so there is no direct cost to you

3. Can I come and visit first? Yes, absolutely. It's important you feel this is the right place for you and that we feel we can help. You'll be invited for a taster session before you commit to anything - when we get your referral we'll be in touch to arrange that and explain everything

4. How do I get to you? We may be able to provide transport from Hereford, Leominster and Kington, depending on the day. We can talk you through that as well. But you are welcome to get here under your own steam.

5. Will I be safe? We have really good processes regarding safeguarding and all our staff and volunteers are fully trained in First Aid as well as our staff being highly qualified in their fields of expertise. Click the buttons below to find out more...​

6. Do you provide support for neurodivergent people? We have found that the way we support people, and the tranquility of the woodland is often helpful for a range of people. We currently run a 'Being Autisitc' programme and have plans to run a 'Being ADHD' programme too. For more information on the range of courses here, take a look at the 'Courses' section.

7. Do I need any special equipment? No, it's all here. Just dress for the weather and wear things that are comfortable and that you don't mind getting muddy.

8. How can I help? There are several ways you can help - lots of ways to help us raise funds and you can come and volunteer here too. Our volunteers are a core part of the Cart Shed family. To find out more, take a look at the 'Support Us!' page on this website.
